Friday Fun Day at Camp Smith
We had our last breakfast at Hollis Renewal Center this morning. We packed up and then headed to Camp Smith! Just before we left our Meadow Cottage, we prayed for the next group that will use the building. We hope they have as rewarding time there as we did. A big thank you to Gavin, Melanie & Anna for coming out to help bring things back home. The SUV will hold all the bodies but not all our bags and supplies. (We might have had a few too many snacks for the week.) Another big thank you to Bruce and Barbara Smith for opening Camp Smith to us. We spent time on the lake, return to the house for burgers on the grill, and then one last time on the lake for some of us and a nap for others. Before pictures from the day, here are a few final thoughts from some of the team. Although we couldn’t make it out of the area this year, I really enjoyed our mission trip this year.
